No insurance? Prefer to pay directly? Our self-pay rates make it easy to start therapy right away. You’ll receive a personalized plan from a licensed physical therapist and pay at the time of service.

Self-Pay Visit Rates

Initial Evaluation: $120.00
Comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, goal setting, and a customized plan of care.
Re-Evaluation: $100.00
Used for plan updates or status changes during your course of care.
Daily Treatment Session: $90.00
Standard in-clinic treatment visit following your evaluation.

Tip: Most patients start with an Initial Evaluation, then complete a series of Daily Treatment Sessions based on their goals.

Standard PT Packages

6 Visits: $510.00 (~$85/visit; save ~$60 overall)
10 Visits: $800.00 (~$80/visit; save ~$130 overall)

Specialty Packages (Pelvic Health & Lymphedema)

6 Visits: $720.00 (~$120/visit)
10 Visits: $1,300.00 (~$130/visit; save ~$200 overall)

Packages are paid up front and can be scheduled across participating locations. Your therapist will help map visits to your goals and availability.

FAQs (Self-Pay & Packages)

Do I need a physician referral?

No. In Florida, you can start physical therapy without a referral. If your condition requires a referral later, we’ll guide you.

Can I use HSA/FSA?

Yes, most HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Check your plan for specifics.

Do packages expire?

Packages are intended for active care. We recommend using visits within 3 months of purchase to stay on track. (good for 90 days.)

Can I share package visits with a family member?

For clinical and documentation reasons, packages are non-transferable.

What if I need to cancel or refund?

Unused visits may be refundable per clinic policy (less any used visit value). Please contact your clinic for assistance. (Non-refundable/non-transferrable.)

Are specialty package visits longer or different?

Pelvic health and lymphedema programs include specialized evaluation and treatment techniques delivered by trained clinicians; visit length and content are tailored to your plan of care.

Can I switch locations?

Yes, across participating Ability locations. Your plan travels with you.

What if I decide to use insurance later?

We’re happy to discuss your options. Self-pay packages can’t be retroactively billed to insurance.

Pricing applies to self-pay services at participating Ability Rehabilitation locations in Central Florida and is subject to change. Self-pay pricing cannot be combined with insurance billing.
