Ability Rehabilitation Fitness
Ability Fitness is Great. I am 70 years old. On 9/29/11 I joined Weight Watchers, and on 10/18/11 I joined Ability Fitness. I met with Frank for an evaluation. He set me up on an exercise program. When I started, my weight was 233 lbs and my BMI was 45.9. I workout faithfully 3 times per week. As of 11/21/12 my BMI is 25 and I have lost over 63 lbs. When I started the program I couldn’t walk stairs, now I walk 2 flights of stairs per week. All of the staff is fantastic, especially Frank, my biggest supported. He checks with me every time I see him.
